Many a times people treats delegation as unwanted addition responsibility. That negates the purpose of delegation.
:: LET GO AND TRUST AFTER TRAINING - Once instructed, given inputs & trained Trust people to take charge of assigned
work& do their Job effectively.
:: BE WILLING TO TAKE CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK - in case member suggest some changes, be open to analyse it & if appropriate accept & implement them as well.
